14 pretty little green buttons arrived today. I may only use 12 of them and have 2 as replacements OR I'll use them all... not sure yet. The other buttons on the control panel will be black (including the Player1/Player2 buttons I recently ordered).

Awesome! Another guy with the same hobbies as me, NXT and DIY Arcade. I just finished putting happ competition parts in my SF Anniverary Panel. I got a barcade project that is very slowly in the works. Keep us posted. If you haven't tried Ponyboy from the arcadecontrols.com forum, he's very reputable and has cheap prices.
Thanks, Arnold. Do you have a link or pictures of your project?
Yes, NXT and BYOAC keep me busy...
I'll check out Ponyboy, too... thanks for the recommendation. I ordered 2 Ultrastik360s from Ultimarc today and those should arrive soon.
I only have the sides cut out from MDF but I'm pretty sure I need to redo/redesign it. Sorry no website or any worthwhile pics. Do you post on NXTASY forums? I post as "Roy" on there. The nxtstep blogspot forums are a bit lacking so I don't post there. Too many projects that I want/need to do for myself and others, so little time. I haven't even jumped into NXT stuff (been busy acquiring all the things I think I need for various projects but haven't sat around and starting programming or building yet :(. I don't know much about blogs but maybe you should keep a dedicated area for genaral posts. I couldn't for the life of me figure out where to post a general comment so I just posted on the most recent entry. BTW, are you more of a hardware guy or software guy. I'm more hardware but I'm looking to of course get back into programming. Maybe you can give me some tips on programming later.
I'm a jack-of-all-trades, but master of none. I'm decent with both hardware and software, but have to go to the experts when I have questions.
Good luck on your cabinet.
Jim
